How to Return an Item
- Start Your Return Online
Log in to your account at outdoorsgarments.com and go to “My Orders” to initiate your return. If you checked out as a guest, use the return form available on our website. - Pack Your Items Securely
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, including tags and labels. Make sure the package is sealed properly to avoid damage during transit. - Ship Your Return
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items and personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order at outdoorsgarments.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
